Flora pays full attention to her projects in all scales. She is versatile in approaching a project from many angles to achieve the best result for the clients.

In the design process, she works on understanding the site, listening to people, setting goals and programs, exploring concept themes and variations. During concept design phase, Flora uses hand drawings as a way of thinking and seeing that translates her imagination onto paper, and as a dialogue with the clients.

Flora works closely with the clients, team members, consultants and contractors for material selections and preparing clear construction documentations. During construction phase, she participates in construction meetings and site observations to ensure quality execution of the design.
